Hi Flower Friends! My name is Jolene, and I'm much more comfortable behind the scenes with flowers making the magic happen and helping a bride's vision come to life as opposed to being in front of the camera lens.
Growing up in rural Midwest and raised on a farm with assorted livestock, my flower journey began in college. Obtaining my degree from Mizzou helped me enter the world of Horticulture from day one, and I've never looked back on decades of doing something I truly love.
The Spotted Orchid is my passion project. Being with nature draws me close to the Creator of it all. Flowers and plants are my lifeline, and in my business, integrity and transparency are my guiding principles. It's important as I listen to my clients, to hear their stories, to journey together to fulfill their vision for a beautifully romantic and unforgettable day! Each event is uniquely you, as it should be. My clients become my friends because I care about them, their event, and their investment in creating a visionary day. Each client is treated as I'd want to be treated. After all, I think that's the way good business should be conducted.
